What do I need to book?
A valid driving licence and your IC (for Malaysians) or passport (for visitors). Tourists should also bring an International Driving Permit if their licence isn't in English or Malay. Just message us and we'll confirm what applies to you.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a refundable deposit is collected at pickup and returned after the car comes back in good condition. Message us on WhatsApp for the current amount.
I've never driven an EV. Is it hard?
Not at all — if you can drive an automatic, you can drive the e.MAS 7. There's no gear shifting and no engine to warm up. We give every driver a 5-minute walkthrough at pickup, and you'll be comfortable before you leave the parking lot.
What if the battery runs low?
For typical city driving around Kuching, one full charge comfortably covers most daily journeys. But if you need it, there are public chargers around Kuching, and we'll show you the nearest ones and how to use them at pickup. We're also just a WhatsApp message away throughout your drive.
